    Projects across all 23 laboratory students (Tarleton, NIH and Baylor) include the discovery of novel bacteriophages for nontuberculous mycobacteria, bacteriophage-delivering hydrogels, pathogen testing in biosolids, protein-protein interactions of cytotoxic phage proteins, bacteriophage anti-CRISPR systems, microbiomes of endangered salamanders, reticuloendotheliosis virus (REV) and lymphoproliferative disease virus (LPDV) in wild galliformes in Texas, avian retrovirus qPCR assays, HTLV-1 HBZ, HTLV-1 Orf-I and HTLV-1 Tax.
